Q. Do you have a cancellation and refund policy?

A. Yes. You will be fully refunded for cancellations made 10 days or more prior to your scheduled tour. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by replying to the original email and confirmation sent to reserved party email address. Cancellations due to “illness” at the time of excursion requires a certified medical certificate from your ships Doctor. This can be present at the time of your excursion or faxed to us at (876)………. No refunds for late arrivals or no shows. All tours operate unless certain special conditions require cancellation for your safety. Your safety is our priority.
